Regional Data hub
The regional data hub project involved developing a central system to manage, store, and disseminate data collected from multiple sources across different countries in the region. We worked closely with the World Health Organization Regional Office to ensure the system had the right design, met their specific needs and requirements, and had a governance structure, resulting in improved data sharing, analysis, and decision-making. The project promotes collaboration and strengthening regional development initiatives.
National Research Repository
Funded by UNICEF, The National Research Repository project in Zambia involved creating a centralized platform for institutions and researchers to share their findings and collaborate on initiatives of national importance, in support of the Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs). Our team produced a needs assessment among the key stakeholders, and organised consultations to refine the concept which then led into the development of a user-friendly interface and implementation of robust data security measures to ensure the information was accessible only to authorized parties. The project increases the visibility of research and data in the country and supports innovative partnerships for national development.
Tools for community-led monitoring and reporting
The Tools for community-led monitoring and reporting project aimed to assess software tools that would enable Civil Society Organizations (CSOs) in Asia and the Pacific region to effectively monitor and report on their activities and impact(contract with Health Equity Matters). By working closely with CSOs, we identified their specific needs and assessed the available tools to match their requirements. The project made specific recommendations on options which empower communities to track and evaluate their programmes and progress, enhance transparency, and effectively communicate their work to stakeholders.
